RETURNS POLICY

If your are not completely happy with your purchase, you are able to exchange or return the product(s) within 7 days of you receiving it.  We offer FREE returns on all domestic orders. 

RETURNS are only accepted in its original condition with tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your purchase(s). We do not accept any products back if they have been worn or damaged. If an item is returned damaged or worn, your purchase will be sent back to you.

For SALE items:  if your purchase does not work, you may return the item(s) to us for an exchange or credit note only. We do NOT offer refunds on SALE items. No exceptions. If an item is marked as FINAL SALE or discounted at more than 50% off its original price, it is FINAL SALE. These items are not liable to be returned.

For Pre-Order items: Exchanges or refunds will only be available once your order has been received. We do not offer refunds before your order has been dispatched. 

International Orders: Customers are responsible for sending back their purchase for a refund or exchange at their own expense, we do not offer free returns on International orders. Please ensure you receive a tracking number for your return with the courier service you use, as BARDO COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages being returned.

HOW DO I PROCESS MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

It's easy! Please email us and provide your Order ID number. If you wish to exchange your purchase please let us know what product you would like to exchange your order for and size. One of our team members will get back to you shortly. Allow at least 1-2 business days for someone to get back to you. We do offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders. Please note, we are closed over the weekends and any major US holidays.
