SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our products are made in our atelier in Los Angeles, California. If your are not completely happy with your purchase, you are able to exchange or return the product(s) within 7 days of you receiving it.
For Pre-Order items: We will state the estimated dispatch date on the product page. Exchanges or refunds will only be available once your order has been received. We do not offer refunds before your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched by the shipping service you selected, BARDO COLLECTIVE is no longer liable for the parcel. If you have any delivery inquiries or would like to re-schedule a delivery, please contact the appropriate courier service directly.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. BARDO COLLECTIVE is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
Returns are only accepted in its original condition with tags still attached. We do not accept any products back if they have been worn or damaged.
We offer standard FREE shipping on all domestic and International orders. Faster services are available for an extra shipping fee. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification that your order is on its way with a tracking number provided.
For Next Day Shipping, please note that orders must be placed by 12PM PST to be dispatched on time. If your order is placed after 12PM PST we will dispatch your order the next working day.
Please note, we do not ship orders over the weekend. If you place your order by 3pm on Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday, the next working day (if it is not pre-order).

Please fill out the below form along with your Order ID number so we can authorize your exchange or return and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. We offer FREE returns on all domestic orders.
