SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our products are made in our atelier in Los Angeles. We will state on Pre-Order items the estimated dispatch date. Exchanges or refunds will only be available once your order has been received. We do not offer refunds before your Order has been dispatched.If your are not completely happy with your purchase, you are able to exchange or return the product(s) within 7 days.
Returns are only accepted on all unworn, undamaged items with tags still attached. Once your order has been collected by your selected courier service, BARDO COLLECTIVE is no longer liable for the parcel. If you have any delivery inquiries or would like to re-schedule a delivery, please contact the appropriate courier service directly.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. BARDO COLLECTIVE is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
We offer FREE shipping on all domestic and International orders. Faster services available for an extra shipping fee. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
For Next Day Shipping, please note that orders must be placed by 12PM PST to be dispatched in time. If your order is placed after 12PM, we will dispatch your order the next working day.
Please note, we do not ship orders over the weekend. If you place your order by 3pm on Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday, the next working day (if it is not pre-order).
